Auto Electrician
Location: Hayes, Middlesex
Salary: £30- 40k depending on experience
Hours: 48 hours of week
Contract Type: Permanent position with 1 months probationary period

Job Duties
Installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems on commercial vehicles, while observing all statutory and legal requirements
Running tests on electrical components to ensure a safe and effective installation
Inspecting electrical systems and equipment for damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards
Carry out diagnostics with various diagnostic platforms
Experience
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the HGV/ PSV auto industry.
Knowledge of electrical vehicle maintenance standards required for HGV operation
City & Guilds Part 3 in motor vehicles studies or similar would be advantageous
Experienced in the diagnostic, electrical repair, and maintenance of all types of large and small commercial vehicles and bodies
Working knowledge of Health and Safety and its impact in vehicle repair operations
Prerequisites
Full UK Driving Licence
Authorised to Work in the UK
