Fault Diagnostics
The most efficient way to diagnose and resolve any problems is to schedule your vehicle at our purpose-built diagnostics centre, which has been designed explicitly to support fault diagnosis and rectification. In addition, we have a wide range of testing equipment and enough space to accommodate HGV's, PSV's and other heavy vehicle categories.
Re-wiring and upgrades
Translectrix was established nearly 40 years ago, and today many of our customers are in the HGV Fleet, Plant, and PSV sectors. Our highly experienced team have the ability to rewire almost anything, regardless of complexity or scale, from simple wiring faults to multiplex wiring loom removal and circuit replacement affecting all aspects of the vehicle's electrical system.
All wiring and circuits are replaced to the manufacturer's specifications at a minimum; however and upon request, we can upgrade both wiring and circuits to exceed original specifications, which is typically done when the vehicle is operating outside of its intended tolerances, and our customers require increased resiliency, efficiency, and safety.
Mobile Callout Services
Many of our customers operate 24x7x365, and their vehicles must always be functioning. We understand that our clients may not always be able to come to us.
Our vehicles are equipped with all relevant test equipment and, subject to contract minimums, can often respond to problems within a set timeframe.
However, should this not be possible, we will work with you to get your vehicle recovered to our facility so that we can thoroughly address your electrical issues and have your vehicle back in service as soon as possible, minimising the impact on your business.
